Absolutely. You can select your preferred room category when booking, and our team will do their best to accommodate specific requests, subject to availability.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the rate or package booked. Your booking confirmation will include the applicable terms.
Yes. When making the booking, simply provide the guest’s details and let us know if there’s anything we should arrange before their arrival.
Of course. Whether it’s a celebration, a special request or something you’d like waiting in your room, speak to our team before you arrive and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2pm. If you arrive earlier, our team can store your luggage while you explore the hotel or Cape Town.
Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability.
Early check-in can be arranged subject to availability. If your room isn’t ready when you arrive, we’re happy to look after your luggage in the meantime.
Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Our reception is available 24 hours a day, so you can arrive at any time after check-in begins. If you know you’ll be arriving late, it’s helpful to let us know in advance.

Absolutely. The President welcomes families, with family-friendly accommodation, a children's play area, a designated pool section and activities for younger guests. Children 12 and under stay and eat breakfast free when sharing with a paying adult, subject to occupancy limits.
